Follow the instructions below to have a rewarding experience
Checking In
1. Upon entering the parking lot, you will scan your reservation, if booked prior to arrival. Your QR code can be scanned from your phone or a printed version. Your QR code does not have to be enlarged! If you have no reservation, please take a ticket from the machine! (You must simply press the button on the machine for a ticket.)
2. The gate will open, and you may proceed inside. Please park your vehicle in any open spot and our driver will pick you up at your car. If you do not see our shuttle, within a few minutes, please call us at (973)-796-8922. Our driver will assist you in boarding the shuttle to EWR.
3. Our drivers will provide a business card, with pick-up information and call back numbers! The lane that you parked your vehicle will also be written on the card. This will facilitate locating your vehicle when you return from your trip!
4. Please take your keys, unless instructed otherwise, and have a wonderful trip.

1. Once you have all your bags ready at EWR, please give us a call, and we will dispatch one of our 24/7 shuttles to pick you up.
2. Simply pull into the exit lane.
3. Scan your ticket/reservation, underneath the scanner, and the gate will open to exit.
4. If the gate does not open, simply press the call button, located on the call box, to be assisted by one of our 24/7 attendants.
5. Reservations are automatically extended! Just sit back and enjoy your vacation.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Terminal A:
Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street once. Proceed to lane number 18.
Terminal B: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street twice. Proceed to lane number 5. The sign should say “Shared ride services.”
Terminal C: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street once. Proceed to lane number 1. The sign should say “Off airport parking.”
Terminal B: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street twice. Proceed to lane number 5. The sign should say “Shared ride services.”
Terminal C: Go to level one, ground floor, and cross the street once. Proceed to lane number 1. The sign should say “Off airport parking.”
